Spaghetti that is good for you! I have always felt guilty when I eat spaghetti, white flour, loaded with carbohydrates, calories etc. I love it, spaghetti is comfort food to me, I love the way it feels in my mouth. I could eat it every day, every meal…but I don’t. They have switched to whole wheat spaghetti in our cafeteria at work and everyone loves it! Besides great taste, it is good for you and promotes healthy seratonin levels in your brain. I find it satisfies more than regular spaghetti. It is just plain GOOD! Now I measure it out so I control the calories and enjoy it way more often.
